The Crucible | Behind-the-Scenes Look | Lewes Little Theatre

🎭 Lewes Little Theatre are taking on Arthur Miller’s epic 'The Crucible' this March.

I recently had the pleasure of filming a behind-the-scenes look at the production, speaking with the cast and director about bringing this intense and powerful story to the stage.

Set in the small New England community of Salem, Massachusetts, the play follows how superstition, paranoia and malice spiral into mass hysteria and devastating accusations. First performed in 1953, Miller’s dramatisation of the Salem witch trials remains a hashtag#powerful warning about the dangers of fear, persecution and the destructive power of false accusations.
